Dr. Erwin is highly skilled in the proper use of Cutera IPL, so you can enjoy beautiful, long-lasting results.

IPL can be used to treat:

The Cutera IPL Treatment

The laser used during IPL treatments releases light of many different wavelengths, like a photo flash. It penetrates down to the dermis (the second layer of skin) without harming the upper layer of skin, resulting in less overall damage. Pigment cells in the skin absorb this light energy, which is then converted to heat. This heat eliminates unwanted pigment to clear up the skin. It can also destroy hair follicles to eliminate unwanted body hair. Depending on the area that is being treated, this procedure should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. Most people need a series of 3-6 treatments for the skin.
